How It Works
Here's how it works: When someone messages the clinic through WhatsApp, an AI assistant (GPT-5) responds in their language - Darija, English, French, or Arabic. It asks for their details, checks a Google Calendar for availability, books the appointment, and saves everything to a database.
It even handles voice messages by transcribing them with Whisper AI, remembers conversation history for each user, and has built-in error handling that retries failed operations and sends alerts.
The whole thing is deployed on Docker with Cloudflare tunneling for public access. It's basically a fully functional AI receptionist that could handle unlimited concurrent conversations.
